Racing UK sports website gets revamp

Racing UK has relaunched its website with a new design, extra content and social media features.

The horseracing TV channel now has its online home at Racinguk.com, which offers live video streaming from 30 racecourses, as well as archived content and statistics, Brand Republic reports.

Also on the new website are a Racing Post newsfeed, information about racecourses, race meeting calendars and presenter blogs.

Racing UK head of online Simon Brydon said that offering high-quality web coverage was "integral" to the channel's growth.

"This new website allows us to maximise our digital rights by engaging with a new generation of racing fans and ensuring that enthusiasts can access racing footage wherever they are," he remarked.

Racing UK announced its partnership with the Racing Post in September this year.

The agreement saw Racing UK agree to provide TV images and video to the Racing Post, while the publication offered race-related data and news to the channel in return.
