Telecoms giant Vodafone has signed a deal with MySpace to ramp up its music advertising efforts on the website.
The company's Vodafone Music Reporter profile will allow users to gain more information on Vodafone Music Unlimited events and access content such as images and videos.
Members of the online social networking community can also post comments on a related blog and enter exclusive competitions. The service is currently only available in Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK.
The deal will allow Vodafone to "bring its proposition to life" for "a creative audience", said Nick Reid, head of UK sales for MySpace.
He added: "It's a perfect fit for Vodafone and highlights the possibilities available to advertisers on MySpace."
MySpace recently began revamping several of the site's features, including a new look, an improved search facility and enhanced profile editing tools.
