1. Only one mobile website per company is permitted.
2. No cash or other alternative is available.
3. Not transferrable.
4. Mobile website to be completed by 31st December 2008.
5. Hosting of the mobile website is the responsibility of the client.
6. All work carried out is subject to Bluhalo’s standard terms and conditions.
7. Any additional work agreed will be at 2008 rate card rates.
8. The mobile website will consist of a ten page static mobile site template and will be customised using client selected colours and logo. Additional functionality and features can be added at Bluhalo’s standard 2008 rate card rates.
9. Free mobile website is subject to a minimum spend of £10k on a website with Bluhalo before 30th June, 2008.
