ShortList
As a newly launched magazine and set to be the largest men’s magazine in the UK, ShortList needed an online presence that encapsulated the essence of the magazine, would contain large volumes of content across many topic areas and yet would be intuitive and simple to navigate, optimising the user experience.
We worked on creating a site that would visually appeal to its target audience, ensuring it retained a news-feel without appearing cluttered or complicated to navigate. We colour-coded topic areas to increase its intuitiveness, incorporated a full CMS and made provision for banner advertising to monetise the site.
The client was delighted with the final website design, which has received vast positive press coverage and continues to grow in popularity with 41% increase in traffic between June and
August 08.
